Guidelines for Reservations
  • Park shelter reservations are stopped Thursdays at noon for that weekend’s rental.
  • Park shelter reservations are made on-line by credit card, by phone with credit card (303-651-8404) or by cash/credit card in person at 700 Longs Peak Avenue (Recreation Services).
  • Shelter reservations may be made months in advance. Fee-required reservations are accepted for dates April through October. No-fee reservations are accepted for winter months when restrooms are winterized. Note that events lasting more than 2 hours require a shelter reservation, which may or may not have a fee, depending on time of year.
  • Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis and need to be paid the day the reservation is requested.
  • Reservations are for shelters; renters do not have exclusive use of the park or restrooms.
  • Bounce houses/inflatables require proof of insurance.  Call 303-774-4364 for details.
  • All park users, including shelter renters, must follow all Park Rules.
  • Signing a Park Shelter Reservation Agreement form is required for every rental, confirming no alcohol use on the premises and no live music or amplified sound without a special permit from the City Clerk’s office.
